Single-family houses, manufactured homes on a couple of acres, the odd guest cottage or converted barn toward the county line. We come down 37 or US 98 from south Lakeland, fifteen to eighteen minutes past the haul roads and the Mosaic plants, and work the same checkout-to-checkin window we do anywhere on the route.
Guests here are usually working — Mosaic and Nutrien crews, trucking, contractors on multi-week stays. Fewer turnovers than a beach condo, but rougher ones. Red clay and phosphate grit ride in on boots and settle into light grout and white linens. We swap linens out rather than fight them on site, photograph anything that looks like damage before we touch it, restock, and confirm guest-ready before the next arrival.
