Families driving in for Legoland are the bread and butter out here. Two to four nights, out Sunday morning, another arrival that afternoon. We come over on the Polk Parkway, about 25 minutes, so a same-day flip off Cypress Gardens Boulevard is a normal Sunday and not a favor. Lego bricks in the couch cushions, sticky handprints on every door, a stray minifig under the bed.
Chain of Lakes homes are a different job. Around Lake Howard and Lake Eloise you get pool decks, lanais and docks that indoor-only cleaners walk right past. Lake muck tracks in, and sunscreen film clouds the sliders. We handle linens and restock, and we photograph anything broken before the next guest arrives.

Do you clean the pool deck and dock, or just inside?
Both. Lanai, pool deck and dock get cleared and wiped, and wet life jackets go up to dry in the garage.
